Step-by-step walkthrough
Step 1: Generate a sync link. Create an interviewer sync link that mirrors the respondent's current survey page.
Step 2: Set up the interviewer view. Configure what the interviewer sees - the same view as the respondent or an enhanced view with additional context.
Step 3: Configure navigation control. Decide whether the interviewer or respondent controls page navigation.
Step 4: Test the synchronisation. Open the sync link in a second browser and confirm it mirrors the respondent view in real time.
Step 5: Train interviewers. Provide interviewers with a protocol for managing the sync link and handling technical issues during the interview.
