Step-by-step walkthrough
Step 1: Add a drag-and-drop ranking question. Respondents drag items into their preferred order.
Step 2: Add a numbered ranking question. Respondents enter a rank number next to each item.
Step 3: Configure the item list. Enter all items to be ranked and set whether the order is fixed or randomised.
Step 4: Set a partial ranking option. Allow respondents to rank only their top N preferences rather than all items.
Step 5: Export rank data. Rank data exports with one column per item showing the rank assigned by each respondent.
