- Available to registered and verified ICMC delegates only.
- Must use the same email as your conference registration to redeem this offer.
- You will receive a Promo code which must be redeemed by 22 July 2026.
- The Promo code will apply a credit to the value of a Monthly Standard licence (190 euros) to any monthly subscription, either:
the SurveyEngine standard subscription at no cost- see Standard Plan details->
Or as credit to any higher tier monthly subscription – see all Products-> - The Promo code is Non-transferable.
- Existing Annual and top-tier subscribers should contact SurveyEngine directly to discuss account extensions to an equivalent value.
- Access runs until 1 January 2027 and then ends automatically.
FAQs
Do I need to enter payment details?
Not required for Standard Subscriptions, payment is only required for the difference should you choose a higher tier value subscription such as Ngene or Teams.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes – your credit can be applied to an Ngene or Teams upgrade during the redemption period, you will only be billed for the difference.
Can I use a different email?
In order to verify registration, your SurveyEngine account email must match your ICMC registration email.
I already have a SurveyEngine account, can I use this?
Yes. Existing subscribers can apply their conference credit to upgrade toa higher tier monthly subscriptions as a a 190 euros a month, monthly credit against upgraded subscriptions until January 1, 2027. Top tier monthly subscribers (Ngene + Teams) should contact SurveyEngine directly to discuss options for extended benefits.
Why does it show a billing date?
Your subscription runs monthly, but your credit reduces the amount due to 0.00.
You will not be charged unless you upgrade or continue after December 2026.
