Standard Survey Coding
SurveyEngine provides a fixed cost for survey coding within the SurveyEngine platform. The process for getting your survey coded is straight forward but does require that you have an Existing SurveyEngine account suitable for your study.
- Purchase – your buy a SurveyCoding ‘block’ when you are ready to start to be used within 30 days.
- Receive Briefing pack – a briefing preparation pack will be sent to you with an introduction to your coder.
- SurveyEngine Account setup – ensure you have a surveyengine platform account. Key accounts will be provided an account for free otherwise you should set up a survey engine account suitable for your study.
- Brief your Coder – Send complete and final set of content to your coder who will arrange an in-person briefing.
- Coding Initial Delivery – the coder wll deliver an initial working version of the survey within your account.
- Coding Revisions – you may request changes to the coding as briefed to the coder.
- Coding Final Delivery – The coder delivers the final working survey, including revisions within your surveyengine account.
Engagement Term
- A maximum lead time of up to one week may apply for briefing.
- All content provided is assumed to be complete and final.
- One round of revisions is included.
- Survey structure and content is assumed to fall within the ‘Standard Survey Content Scope’.
- Coding and revisions will be completed within 4 weeks from briefing
- The total number of coder briefing hours may not exceed 8.
- SurveyEngine reserves the right at briefing to not accept a survey deemed too complex and return all monies paid.
Standard Survey Content Scope
- No longer than 20 minute Length of Interview (LOI) for the average respondent.
- ‘Reasonable’ complexity.
- One Choice Experiment, Conjoint, Best-Worst or TIme -Trade Off.
- No more than 10 Stratified Quotas.
- Not including Panel Integration.
- No custom Javascript, PERL or API integration.
