The screens under this menu are for building your survey.
Typically all build operations are completed and reviewed from the menus here. Once satisfied, the researcher Publishes the current working version under Deploy->Publish to set the survey live.
However, even after a survey has gone live it is sometimes desirable to return to the build menu and make adjustments and re-publish the survey.
