Expert Project Support
We provide targeted expert support when your projects needs an expert. Whether it’s non-standard, advanced, or out-of-scope coding requirements, setting up externally managed sample providers or project planning – we’re here to help. Here’s how it works.
- Purchase – first purchase an Expert Support ‘block’ when you are within 30 days of needing them.
- Receive Briefing pack – you’ll receive a briefing preparation pack with an introduction to your expert.
- SurveyEngine Account setup – ensure you have an existsing surveyengine platform account.
- Brief your Expert – For best use of their time, send your structured brief to your expert who will arrange an in-person consultation.
- Offline Work – Post briefing, you expert may perform additional work within the Engagement scope.
- Final Followup – A final in person call with the expert to review the work done and sign-off
- Extension – should their be further support required but not covered in the purchase, you may extend with a purchase of further blocks of support.
Engagement Term
- A maximum lead time of up to one week may apply for briefing.
- Time on calls and briefing will be rounded up to the nearest hour
- A maximum of 4 hours total contact hours applies
- Use within 4 weeks of Purchase.
- SurveyEngine reserves the right at briefing to not accept a briefing deemed too complex and return all monies paid.
Scope of Expert Support
Expert Support is limited to:
- Expert Survey Coding – Javascript interactivity, API integration, PERL custom coding
- Project Coordination Consulting – advice on structuring a research project, risk mitigation and resource management
- Fieldwork setup – panel and sample providers integration and testing
- Methodology – consulting on Choice Methods, Experiment design TTO and other Methods
- Analysis – review and analysis of Choice Data (note this may require an initial review and extension)
