SurveyEngine is a global research agency providing data, technology and exceptional management for preference research projects.
This is a unique opportunity for a person with a background in Accounting and Management to take up the role or General Manager of the company.
- You will ensure optimum allocation of resources, through a deep understanding of the company cashflows and resource allocations.
- You will ensure accurate accounting records are maintained and be able to facilitate monthly reporting statements, and periodic reviews.
- You will develop and implement company performance metrics and establish HR rules, KPIs and performance policies.

Our Ideal Candidate
You have a natural authority and are consistent, fair and even handed with everyone you deal with. You are exceptionally numerate and detailed focused while being able to communicate the salient facts with economy. You have has experience in Management Accounting in a major consultancy or agency.
What You’ll Do
- Develop strategies with the directors on efficient company management
- Prepare monthly forward cashflow planning
- Prepare internal Quarterly reports
- Prepare end of year Tax Returns
- Perform analysis and develop strategies to continually improve company efficiency
- Monitor and report on individual and department performance
- Implement and rule on company policies
- Liaise with the company accountants and Tax lawyers
- Deal with and resolve all ad hoc company operational issues
- Manage procurement
Your qualifications
- A recognised accountancy degree
- Demonstrate added value to a company through implementation of cost/management accounting principles, rather than just financial reporting
- An excellent spoken and written command of the English language
- Passable German (B1 or better)
- Highly numerate
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and at least one major Accounting software system
- A Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Management
- Highly reliable, conscientious, ability to work independently and take initiative
