With the exception of online platform subscriptions, all services -whether paid or confirmed via work order -must be booked within 30 days of intended use.
How a Booking Works
- Ensure you have a SurveyEngine platform account
If you don’t already have one, either purchase one or get a free account below. - Email support@surveyengine.com
Send your request from your account email and quote your order number (top right of your order). - We provision your service
Your service or subscription will be activated within one working day.
Free limited access. Upgrade when you like.
Why do I need to book,
(and have an account) ?
For many clients, ordering, payment, and actual use happen at different times.
Booking allows us to:
- Allocate the right specialist at the right time
- Ensure efficient scheduling
- Avoid delays and wasted capacity
An account is required because all services are delivered within the platform, allowing us to work with you securely in one place.
Even if you are not ready to book, we are ready to listen.
